Consultation
Free — 30 minutes
We start with a free call. You share your idea, inspiration images, stone preferences, metal type, and budget. We ask the right questions to make sure the final piece is exactly what you had in mind.

CAD Design
3–5 business days
Our in-house design team creates a full 3D CAD render of your piece. You'll see it from every angle before anything is cast. Revisions are included — nothing moves forward without your approval.

Production
1–3 weeks depending on complexity
Once you approve the design, we cast, set stones, and finish your piece entirely in-house. No outsourcing, no third parties. Our casters handle everything with professional-grade equipment on site.

Delivery
Insured shipping or local pickup
Your finished piece is photographed, packaged, and shipped fully insured — or available for local pickup in Atlanta. You'll receive a final photo before it leaves our studio.
